Manage Workflow Instances

By default, the history logged during the course of a workflow is retained for 60 days.

Use the workflow status page to stay up to date with what is happening with your workflow and who is approving it.

If you are involved with a workflow you can approve a workflow task from the workflow status page, from within the file (if the workflow was run against a file) or from the email notification.
