Power Automate
| Flows can be set up by your site owners to automate business tasks such as an approval process, a request for feedback or copying files. By automating a business process, you achieve many benefits. Firstly, automating a repetitive task might free up an employee to dedicate time on more important tasks. Secondly by allowing SharePoint to handle the process, you have consistency and less room for human error. During the course of a flow, key staff can be notified through emails to let them know when the flow process requires their attention, for example a file might need signing off. These emails are linked to approval tasks which are stored in a SharePoint tasks list. The tasks and flow history are retained for future reference.
