Introduction to Modern Sites
SharePoint Team Sites facilitate sharing of information between colleagues. You can upload and create documents and files, and create and manage a wide range of content including a calendar, task list, picture library, web page, discussion board, links list and announcements.
By default a Modern Team Site contains a default landing/home page. Although administrators can replace this page if they wish, you can find out more about the default version in the Team Sites Home Page topic.
