From SharePoint Online, click on App Launcher Icon |

In the app launcher click on the Yammer tile |

Find a post that has a topic you would like to follow and click on the topic name |

Click Follow |
from the navigation bar

Topics are similar to hash tags in SharePoint Newsfeeds |
|
|
If a topic is renamed you will continue to following it, unless un followed |
